The need for a system which not only shows the time on digital boards at different spots of the factory but also lauds the warning for working hours, coffee breaks, shift times…etc prompted the Project that has been finalized in 2005. User friendly DotCLCSync V1.0.1 Program is created for PC. Via RS-485 port (RS 485 PCI card or RS-232/RS-485 converter for PC); DotCLCSync V1.0.1 Program transmits the configuration of the customer to the PLC. Accordingly, the PLC accomplishes clock synchronization and commissions the warning system at the required day and time. When DotCLCSync V1.0.1 Program is off or communication terminates due to any reason, the PLC keeps working with the help of its own Real-Time Clock unit.
